Special Pig Hunts

I saw that the DFG offered a couple of special pig hunts one at Carrizo Plains and another at East Park Reservoir. Anyone here ever participated in these hunts? Just getting a feel to determine if it would be worth while putting in for one of these.

I have been on both the North & South sides of the Carrizo Plains. It is a drawing to get on, but for the price of a few stamps you can't beat it. The south side is a haven for quail but I have not seen much else there with the exception of a big cat track. The north is where the pigs are. When you enter in the morning take the left fork in the road to the grass hills area. It is a really nice place to see. Good luck
