Spider Bull

Someone in utah created this to capture all the hoopla currently surrounding this bull that is reportedly still on-the-hoof (but probably not for long).

is it known that he came from a high fence operation or is the bull 100% wild? I have been hearing it from both sides and am curious if anyone actually knows for sure.
