While doing some pre bowhunting scouting yesterday morn, I happened on a neat spider web with the sun just right for a good pic.

By the time I got everything ready the spider had deceided to "eat" his web, I was amazed at how fast he drew it in.

I just got this pic before he headed for the trees

Thats aneat Picture Looks like he's floating in space... I learned something...I never knew a spider ate its web why is that a defense mechanism anyone know?
