Does anyone have any tricks to stop burning up film w/ pictures of coons?

My last roll was all coons and 1 deer.  I wonder how many deer pics I missed?

Don't put out any feed or better yet move your camera to an area where you have never had feed? Try to put your camera on a active game trail or one thaty leads to a feed or bedding area? Hope that helps

I presume you are shooting over bait or feeder I set my cam up under feeders all the time, you won't see many coons in my pics unless there is a deer there too because I sight my cams PIR beam at about 3 feet high under the feeder. stoop down and pass your hand across the target area and keep moving your cam up on the tree trunk till you don't  trip it under 2.5 - 3 feet  then make sure you trip it at about 3 feet high.  you won't get many coons unless they climb your feeder legs.
