I posted a similar image on a photography site tonight and someone suggested that I use Neat Image to get rid of some of the noise. I used their free download, and I love it!

Here are a couple of links for noise reduction downloads. I used Neat Image because I wasn't sure if Noise Ninja was compatible with my software... I need to remember to change my camera settings for different conditions.
