I bought 8x20 pocket binos back in 1995 and about a week after using them the right side became loose and floppy. Several friends told me to send them back for repair but I never wanted to part with them.
Recently I sent them back and they repaired them and then some ! They replaced the eye-cups and carry pouch. They even replaced the silver hawk, the old hawk wasn't missing but I guess they just wanted to make it look new. All at no charge.
