Swarvoski Doubler or Eagle Optics Extender

I have some Steiner Nighthunter 10x50 Binos and was considering purchasing the Eagle Optics Extender 2.5x rather than spending a bunch of $ on a new spotting scope or higher powered optics. Need for Coues hunting in AZ. Any advice or recommendations? I know Swarvoski makes a Doubler for its Binoculars but it will not fit on my Steiners so I'm looking into the Eagle Optics Extender. Thanks for any input.

I haven' t used an extender before. I have read lots of posts of people who have and they say that it isn't that useful because it doesn't transmit a whole lot of light.

That being said, I own a pair of Eagle Optics binoculars and they are good optics. If you got the Eagle Optics brand, you won't be dissapointed.
