What is wrong with a little pander pie and lieing?
Isn't it an election year?
The politicos all have had decades to come up with real solutions and this is the best they can do?
What part of passing on all increases, fees tax increases to the taxpayers do they not understand?
No business will accept these with out first passing them on to you know who...

I am going to use an analogy of what this really is...

Low life bum who lives with mom and dad and has never produced a single thing only destroying what others have created, eyes neighbor who works 18 hrs a day and invest nearly all his earnings into his business. Low life bum (politicians) then decides he has a right to his neighbors property and he is going to march in with his .38 revolver and take what he pleases because he owns it.

What the hell are they going to propose they could spend it on that would be better than what the oil companies will spend it on? They already wasted $700 million on our US embassy in Bagdad. There is a good waste of resources.

rcrosby, it does not matter what the facts are, only that they look good for the coming election...
Where has the legislature been for decades when the evidence was there that we were headed toward a train wreck that is happening right now? Where are the liberal whiners now, who insisted on not allowing any new oil refineries, no new oil drilling in America, nuclear power plants or hydro electric plants be built? Where are all the current fuel taxes going? How about all the fees and taxes on our power bills, where are they going?
Me thinks after Nov it will all go back to samo samo for the politicos and all us taxpayers will just ben dover more...

You are exactly right Easy. Exactly! BUT... We can change people one person at a time with seeing things as they really are and not as the media or the liberals or the liberal lights would like us to. To think things are just going to continue on as they are, we might as well just blow our brains out. This system just like Communist Russia cannot sustain itself. It is like being covered in leeches, they can suck and suck and suck but eventually there will be nothing left to suck. The tax consumers and the politicians will eventually have nothing left to suck out of good warm blooded Americans that go to work everyday and make this country tick. I think we are at a split in the road. The socialist in Washington intend to turn this country so far left as an answer to our problems. We also have the option of turning right to a free market and a limited government that we were founded on.

I know you are correct because just since my coming here to JHO I can see the intelligent and thoughtful responses of most people and they are from all over the country. And, most all are ready to take back our country from the wingnuts... The socialists have worked very hard to gain the ill gotten ground they should be now prepared to give back.
What was the line from that movie? "I'm mad as hell and not going to take it any more"...

If people are mad now, just wait till there are another 40 million ILLEGALS, gas is $10 a gal, taxes are approaching 30% across the board, our national debt is into the next catagory past trillion, our money has to be hauled around in wheelbarrows and the only ones with guns are criminals...
