I'm looking to pick up a tent stove/heater for this season's elk hunt in Colorado in late October. I'm looking at the Tundra Takedown stove from Cabela's, here:Tundra
I believe this is the same stove manufactured and sold by Kni-Co.

I'm also considering this stove package: Stove Package

We're going to be in a military surplus GP-Small tent that's about 16' in diameter and will be camping at about 10,200'. I like the Cabela's Tundra because it is a little larger, but since it's the collapsible type I'm wondering if it will leak smoke into the tent. Has anyone used or have any advice on these products? I'm open to hearing any ideas or other possible options.

Try out Cylinde Stoves at Cylinderstove.com
I have used one for the last 6 seasons and they work great and pack well inside themselves.

I have the Cabela's stove package and am very happy with it. It doesn't smoke up the tent and is pretty easy to set up and get going. Once it gets roaring, the tent gets pretty dang warm.
