My ol' lady's company is sending us on a trip for her 10 year. They thought it would be cool to send us to TX for a hog hunt.

I need recommendations for a good quality pig outfitter that a:wont break the bank, and b:is a great value for the money. Definitely prefer a place with a nice friendly staff over trophy quality. This might, repeat MIGHT, be the only time we do this so I want it to be really special fir her. Good staff, nice lodging, good food, etc.

Thanks for the help gentlemen.

Rowe outfitters in nort Texas. $550 for a 2 day hunt. Includes 1 trophy hog and 2 eater pigs, food, lodging and guide. If you want to go to south Texas look up Pete Ray of south texas outfitters.$315 per day unlimited hogs. Cost a bit more but it will save you gas, or if you fly it includes air port pickup. Me and my daughter killed 8 hogs and 2 javelina in 4 days. But we were the first hog hunters of the year. Both places will get you on hogs if you do your part.

You may want to look at Keechi Creek Outfitters.com. High fence with lots of hogs in the fence and on the outside. The lodging is not fancy but you will see hogs and the price is right. I took my daughter and she shot 5. some in the fenced areas and some out. fun hunt for a new hunter.

no word back yet.. he dose not hunt for free. its just him and my uncle both hold long term lease on sum land. or 2 diffrent spots. they would never chearge to shoot as many pigs as i want. Deer you have to work around the lease and put in a lot of time b4 u could mayb b allowed to hunt for a deer. so needless to say but me living in cali means i may never do the later.
