Pretty cool. Only problem I saw with the video was him jumping out of the tree. I guess that he is just doing everything with no modern items except his clothing. Eh, whatever.
Yep, that's primitive. I'm traditional. Hat's off to the primitive guys though. It takes a lot of time and patience making their equipment.
This guy is pretty damn good at flint knapping. What I am jealous about is his hunting access. He's chasing some pretty sweet bucks and bulls less than 90 minutes from where I live.
Fantastic accomplishments; to craft the Bow with the arrows, & then to have that great buck! If I saw this on one of those "reality shows" I would be sure it was staged.
Very interesting too was his references to Ishi. A film maker, who made a documentary about Ishi, told me the main reason he gave up living in 'the wild' was that the loss of his bow & kit, he no longer had the means to survive.
