Firsts are very important, and in this episode of Bowhunter Magazine TV, Assistant Editor Brian Fortenbaugh experiences the highs of his first elk hunt in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. The action really heats up when snow falls on Cross Mountain Ranch. And in the show's second segment, elk-hunting veteran Equipment Editor Curt Wells travels to New Mexico's Rio Costilla Park area to take his best bull elk ever. Then he shows why packing meat is much more than just a chore.
