Tinemaha Antlerless Period 4 hunt

I have a friend who drew this tag, but doesn't really use the computer much. I told him I would ask around and see what I can find out. Can anyone give me some info to pass on to him? He was a tremendous help to me on our Idaho hunt last year and I'd like to return part of the favor and get him some info. Thanks.

Bow or rifle? Should be no problem getting a cow out of there. They should be spread out and kinda skittish by the 4th period. No problems with private property. Mark Johns leases most of the Tinemaha property and he allows hunting. The elk are easy to locate. You could see every inch of that zone in a couple hours. Let me know what other questions he has. Ed, I'm pretty sure it will be with a rifle. He shoots a bow but said he hasn't much lately, so I'm confident it will be a gun hunt. I'll show him the info from this and the other posts.
