Today was the best day I have ever had in Iowa!

I used to carry a backpack and in recent years I have stopped carrying it. I ended up taking my shirt off and tying up the sleeves and carried them that way. You can bet next time out I'm taking the pack. I'm going to take a buddy and his boy back to that area on Sunday. Hopefully the boy will be able to pick up an armful. It was a fun day, one I will always remember. I found 35 sheds in Canada one day, but I didn't keep all of them. Just photos of most of them. The majority of them were old crusty Elk sheds.

I've had a few dreams about finding a few sheds but not even those were as good as that!
