Who Uses it? What a great scouting tool it is. Ive been using it for about 5 years and think its the best. Saves alot of scouting time and gas dollars. If you havent got it, I would highly reccommend it.
I been using it for at least five years also -- great system for marking waypoints and superimposing the program's grid lines. I use it together with the free Google Earth program to print 8.5x11 maps for small areas I intend to hunt. I set my gps unit, Topo USA, and Google Earth to the UTM metric system, and do the same with the Google Earth program so I can hand enter coordinates on the aerial photos. Neat part about the ability to overlay the UTM metric girds on the print outs is that it is super easy to see distances from one topo feature to another, like ridge to ridge, etc. The grids I use are usually 1000 meters, and 1600 meters equals one mile, 400 meters 1/4 mile, etc., so it's a piece of cake to use to navigate when I am actually out in the field.
