Okay, Our season started yesterday. We opened up with three cows for our group.Second day today nobody got one.I didn't hunt becuase I was packing out. I still have a spike tag to go. I'll drop off my elk in the morning at the processor and resume hunting later morning or afternoon.I'll post pics later when I have time to downsize them.
More to follow.:prayin :

I got a late update on day 2. One of the guys got a spike late in the afternoon. It's 11:00pm and they are still out there dealing with it.They are quartering it and hanging it in the trees for the night. We will use the llamas in the morning to bring it out.

Got a report back that the spike is close enough that the llamas won't be necessary. After two days of hunting we are at 50% success.
