Hey guys, A buddy of mine is pretty new to utah and got a Zion cow elk tag and I was planning to go help him beat the brush, problem is it so far appears that most of that unit is either private land or zion national park which is restricted to hunting. Anyone have any input or help for us where to even start, or is it just a wasted tag unless you have private and permission? Thanks guys
