An Indiana artist, Jeffrey Klinefelter, has won the 2009 California Duck Stamp Contest, the Department of Fish and Game announced. Klinefelter's winning design of a pair of northern shoverlers will appear on the 2009-10 California duck stamp, which will be available to the public in August.
