If I ever win again, I'll pick a subject that I already have pictures of. The weather and conditions have been terrible for taking pics here.

I have done a little work to mine(crop, brightness and contrast,etc) I know others have too. I think we can, if not I'm DQ'd

I've been out of town and away from the web for the last week, so sorry for the late reply.

Yes I dont see a problem enhancing your photos with Photoshop. Just don't overdue it. In the end, it is the members here that will decide on what they think is legitimate and vote for what they like.
