Walkin’ the Tight Rope by Brent Hill

Tight rope walkin'.
That’s what it is.
Tight rope walkin' is my biz.

Yes dear, okay honey, love you too.
Is there anything else I can do for you?

Paint, vacuum, laundry, you got it Hun.
Just give me a minute to clean my gun.

What's up this weekend? Oh I don't know.
But, I’ll be home by noon to take you to a show.

Yah, same old deal, home by noon.
Not planning on changing that deal any time soon.

Bluefin are here. See you around.
That stuff runs $20 a pound.

Seriously Sweetheart, I can’t afford not to go.
Seen the freezer lately, it’s gettin’ low.

Wyoming? Yep. Just a week and a day.
Smart of you to put that on the calendar back in May.

Hawaii sounds great, but I don’t know.
I’ll be in Arizona, hunting with my bow.

What? I thought we were cool.
You put that on the calendar when we were sittin’ by the pool.

Alright. Okay Babe. We’ll see you soon.
And yes, the bathroom will be done by June.

Sounds good, but it's got rap beat to it. We can tell who wears the pants around One Track's house!

No, but she controls a vital part of the pants and what they contain...as in most households...

Ouch Nater!

That poem is autobiographical. I could envision Mike Myers doing it in So I Married an Axe Murderer, after the "Woman, woah-man, wooooooooooooah man poem". Great little ditty my friend. I can see you bangin that out while pushing all in at Partypoker.com. Who said construction jobs cant be fun!

Here is what you can add as a retort...

Trips to Europe, with my mom
Saving money for the girls' prom

Campin out, at the lake
I caught dinner for goodness sake!

Take the girls, for a day
So on the couch you can lay

Pool is clean, so go doze
After, have someone paint your toes

Whatever it takes to make you elate,
Cause come late August, Im out with Nate

Nice Bucky. I think you see the big picture very clearly.

Regarding that last line, she's already worried about Nate..

and especially about Wiggy...

But, don't worry Bucky. You're safe...
