Went shooting...

I went to the range with my 700 ADL synthetic Remington 30-06 topped with a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 and was quite pleased with how well the Federal Premium Nosler Accobonds shot. The range was at 100 yards. I Love my setup...the more I shoot it the more I like it and tighter groups I get! Thought I would share.

First shot was the one on the low right (moved scope), the second is the highest center, then the last two. I can cover all three with a quarter (pic) and my last two with a dime.

It's great to find ammo the the gun loves.

I've been playing with some Nosler 125 gr balistic tips with "neck sized" casings previously fired from my 30.06 Sig Arms SH940 rifle, using 52.5 gn of IMR 4064. SWEET! Although I do like the 180gn also.

So many bullets and powders...so little time.

I have a Rem 700 ADL with a Leupold VX-II 3-9 x 40. I'm looking for a synthetic stock. I was looking at the Rem replacement stocks, but then I saw a Bell & Carlson in Natural Gear camo. Anyone try this stock?

Also, thanks for the tip on ammo, I'm gonna try that round next time I get out.
