What Camera?

What feature should I look for in a Camera, other than cheap?
These are the ones I see listed most often.

Sony DSC-U20
Sony DSC-U30
Minolta x20

Are there others?

I prefer something with Compact Flash. My really good camera has this and I have a few extra memory cards that could be used for the Deer Cam.
