I'll start this off by saying I got zero this year

Elk, Sheep, Antelope, and my 1st choice for Deer = 0
NM Elk = 0

I guess I could look at the bright side and say I still have MAX points.

Hopefully some of you guys got lucky so I can live viacareously (sp) through you!

Hey Hntinfool, Not to get your hopes up too high, but it can happen...you can get drawn as an alternate.
I did. The person who gets drawn has only so many days to pay. If he misses the deadline, that tag is yours.

Drew blanks as well. No deer, elk, nothing. I'll be Utah bound this winter. X-zoners let me know if you need some advice for this years hunt. I grew up in Alturas, and currently live in Cedarville. So far, it looks to be a promising season.

* Limited Entry Elk in Wyo -- I will have an awesome elk hunt in the Absarokas of Wyoming. I will hopefully stick a real good bull but will go rifle if necessary.
*Antlerless elk again in Utah
*Doe deer tag in Wyoming
*Archery deer in Utah
*will probably skip otc elk in Utah this year

And, I can't believe how bad I want to draw deer in Idaho but between the deer/elk draws I've got about a 20% chance of drawing a tag there...I'm already plenty lucky this year but I sure won't frown if Idaho *insists* on giving me another tag.
