Well, I went up to our hunting place at about 6:20 am on Saturday morning to go squirrel hunting. I did pretty good as I killed my limit of 6 squirrels, but it took a good 3 hours to kill them and none of them were young squirrels!!
Afterwards, I decided that I should check on our field where the clover was to be planted. I noticed it had some johnson grass starting up, so I went over it with the disc a couple of times. I decided that it was probably too muddy to plant my clover and Bio-Logic, so I decided to come back the same time tommorrow.
I came back today, Sunday, and disced up the field one more time. Then I loaded up the hand spreader for the Bio-Logic and start spreading it over 1/4 of the field (1/4 acre), so it would be good and thick. Then, I put the sweet clover in the hand spreader and spread it over 1/2 of the field (1/2 acre). Finally, I put the red clover in my "Bumper Buddy" on my 4-wheeler and go over the whole field 2 times covering it completely.
In summary, I am very excited about finally getting the clover in the ground. I don't know if it will make a very strong hold this year, but with a little preparation and weed manicuring, it should be strong next year
EDIT: Took some pictures of the finished product and forgot to post pictures. 4 pictures and they make take a bit to load with 56K
