Coon? Cat? Headlights? Can't do much with it, not enough flash reached it. Eyes look like they are set forward like a predator. Fairly low to the ground I think. Green. I am gonna guess raccoon.

This could definitely be the elusive and legendary chupacabra; spotted mostly in mexico and throughout america, we could have a rare photo on our hands!

That is not a chupacabra. I saw one of these in the mountains in Alberta. It is a sidehill gouger. They are a small fawn-sized animal. The legs are shorter on one side than the other, so they can travel easier on the mountain slopes. They make great pets when you bring them back to the prairies. Because of the legs being shorter on one side than the other they just walk in circles here and you never have to be concerned about them running away.
