I took this pic today from I-15 in central Utah. Any ideas as to what kind he/she is?is?

That is an American Kestrel, looks like a male also. Nice picture!

Yes it is! My buddy in Montrose, Co. took this picture after it slammed into the picture window of their house and fell in the snow. Her husband picked it up and after awhile it recovered and flew to the top of their barn where this pic was taken!
