Where can I find updated Property Maps?

I have the latest issue of the 2nd Edition 2008 Map Book of the Cleveland National Forrest (their most recent issue to date as of this post).

I know things change. Where can I get updated info or maps to avoid tresspassing and other legal follies? Links or info would be appreciated! Thanks!

Don't I need to know the lot number or APN for the parcel at the TA? Do they have generalized maps? How do I use them? Thanks!

It depends on whether the County that you are researching has GIS? San Diego and the Reading Area have GIS on line.
