been working dudes, here is the short version...
went out last thursday to a new piece of property to look at the buck potential
thursday evening ran into a trophy boar with big toofa,s, i walked him as i dont eat teeth and
have a few on the wall, was pretty stoked though, went out again on thursday morning and saw at least
30 hogs of various sizes and sexes, put the smack down on this dry girl with the old 06" after alot of self
debating, the fever got the best of me and down she went with 180 grains thru the pumper. at the report of
the rifle, several of her co party came to investigate her demise, i watched for several minutes as the "chotes"
younger boars of about 100 pounds or so, put the hurt on her abit by bitting and stopin on her while she was down,
why they do that i dont know but have witnessed it alot. any ways, she,ll make some great eatin and its a good warm up for
the d-13 rifle season opener, enjoy the pics and story, we,ll post um as we stack um

** by the way, the buck potential is very promising , as some beautys were noted.
