Where to go?

My wife enjoyed tagging along while we were hunting at CR so much, that she wants to get her license so she can hunt too. She wants to go again as soon as possible. Now, I have the 3rd week in June off, so I think we'll go then, but, where to go?

CR isn't open, and FHL says they probably won't be either. I'm thinking Laguna Mt., but it's so dry this time of year, I don't expect to see much. We want to stick to public land, so, any suggestions?

i am waiting for my confirmation on the 06'-07' annual pass for fhl, i had planed to hunt the on july 10 th. & 11 th. with bow, my understanding is fhl is open for the first full week of the opener, i am going to call right now to confirm this, but those were my planes unless someone else has a better idea..................tra

just called fhl, their is a lot of info they gave. it seems like their could be a chance for bow hunt if i herd the recording right, i have to go to work now but i call again after 5......................tra
