Where to go?

One of my vendors wants to take me hog hunting next month. We are both hunters but I've never hunted hog and he hasn't done it in CA. Somehow I got tagged with "gathering information".

Far as I can tell there isn't much in the way of public land hunting in SoCal. Since the vendor is going to be paying for the trip I don't mind using a guide or paying for access to land.

Can you guys recommend a good guide or good place to pay to hunt? We're based in LA so Tejon is an obvious choice. Any others around?

We have Tom Willoughby 99% that we use as a guide. 831-385-3003, he is great fun, great guy. If it fit into your schedule you could come on Pres day get a guided hunt, then chase them around on Liggett afterwards with JHO'ers. (See presidents day hunt in this pig forum)

Probably be a weekend thing so include lodging. No dogs so either spot & stalk or stand hunting.
