I've found a few good sheds over the past two years by accident while I was turkey hunting. I'm in NE Mississippi and plan to start doing some scouting pretty soon (for turkey and next deer season), so where should I look for sheds. Bedding areas, fields, or just anywhere?

Welcome to the boards hunter21!! First thing I'd do is go back in history and check out past post on shed hunting. There's a ton of helpful tips and suggestions on this same topic. There's also some good shed hunting links at the top of the shed hunting forum.
With that said, the key thing is to find where the deer are at between late winter and early spring.Once you figure that out I'd hit the feeding areas first then work the trails back to the bedding areas.Any where those deer might happen to go could be a possibility.
The deer's main concern at this time of year could be food and shelter from the elements.I would key in on those areas.
Good Luck!!
