My report has it that Walmarts in CA were banned from sellling Firearms due to FFL viiolations. in CA It may be certains region of CA?

Some great deals though on the low-end guns like Charles Daly 3.5 pump and I wished I lived in Oregon with the 0 day waiting period!

Mike,

Last time I was over at the El Centro wallyworld to buy my Cali license and stamp which was at the start of last season they had guns. Not sure if they have them now. But Yuma has plenty and there is NO waiting period. Quick background check less than 10 mins and your out the door

I've been told that Brea has also restarted selling guns. If I'm out that way this weekend, I'll confirm that.

Does that count for us non-resisdents in AZ? Can I go down and buy myself a new slaying stick at Wally World prices??

Lets get this one straight WAL MART WAS NOT BANNED FROM SELLING GUNS in KA.next time you go in just look around and you will see a valid FFL in there gun area, they did this on there own, because of a state law in Ca. that mandates that employes be trained in gun sales, they will not sell until all stores and sporting good dept have been trained it's like a 8hr class.

Another internet rumor

My local Wal mart SG manager keeps telling me next month we will have guns that has been going on for 6mo now, he told me he has had the training but not several of his people lets face it Wal mart turns over workers faster then you change undees.

It is nice. I felt guilty the first time I walked out of an Oregon store with a gun I bought just minutes earlier. Took a whole 10 minutes for the background check, the "No, I'm Not Psychotic, Thank You" Form. That was also a sales-tax free gun purchase. Even the gun I won at a DU banquet took all of 10 minutes to retrieve from the gun shop.

When I was at sportmans wherehouse in Phoenix during the beginning of the year, they would not sell a firearm to anyone with a California Drivers license. Don't know if that applies to WW also.

Wal MArt in San Dimas still no guns. You can admire all the pellet and BB guns in the gun case though.

I wonder if they walk you to the parking lot with the manager carrying the pellet gun like they did when I bought my MArlin .22 last year. YOu couldn't buy ammo the same time you picked your gun up lest you go mad and shoot up the store.
I felt like a dirty criminal being escorted out without even being able to carry my gun.

Missouri, whole different story. Buy gun, background check, out the door in 1/2 hour.

I was in Utah and Sportsmans Warehouse would not sell me a gun. When I asked why not they said that it was store policy not Utah state law. I have not checked other stores to see if they have the same policy.
