I introduced my wife to hunting this year and she's pretty hooked! she's even been begging me to go hunting!
she wanted to go this evening,so I took her ! it rained here today and stayed foggy all day.we saw lots of fresh tracks,so I kept tracking them till we found them in a draw there were a lot of hogs and I could have killed one really large one, but I wanted her to get a shot so I let her pick out the one she could see best! she shot him at about 60 quartering towards her! she made a perfect hit and dropped him in his tracks! with a .243 !

Congrats to your wife.

I guess I'm just different. I have no urge to take my wife out hunting with me and she has no urge to go. It's our alone time. Except now that the kids are old enough to go it's usually more alone for her than me.
<
I like going hunting by myself or with the boys and she like's it when we leave her the house alone and quite for the weekend. Heck we do everything else together, plus everything we do with the kids together. We can't spend 24-7 together or somebodys gonna snap.
<

I admire you guys that can do it though.

Hey Guess,
Welcome to JHO, i've seen you on other sites, but you have now found the best. I was wondering how long it would take you to come over to this side.

Tell the little lady, congrats! My girlfriend is going on her first ever hunt this year for an exotic.

Wow that's great..... As far as I'm concern there is no better way to hunt than with a family member. It make memories for a life time to be shared....

Good one for the little lady..

My wife has no interest in hunting whatsoever...But I'm thinking that might change after the deer work over her flowers and trees again this spring.
