Ok, well we are 5 hogs so far with 5 more to go. All about 150# with one STUD at 230#. Place is loaded with hogs for sure.

What do those pigs eat out there? Are there oak trees out there? If so, have the acorns fallen to the ground yet? In October last year I saw pigs going nomnom on acorns here at the ranch.

Ok looks like the final count was actually 7 of 10, had a missed shot this morning. Overall it was 80% opportunity and 70% success, not bad for a semi guided. This place is going to full of hogs next year with all the piglets we seen.

Alright take it easy had a malfunction on sat morning , we seen some hogs first thing so I grabbed my ar10 a tried to load it quiet and when I slid the bolt carrier forward it went past my round when we seen some hogs we all got down to take a shot the mine just clicked then I cleared it to load another it got jammed my brother took a shot and got a sow .sat evening grabbed my bolt gun this time on the way in I shot a coyote on the run ,a had a couple shots at some sows but had babies behind them then I seen another group of hogs and made it down the hill spotted two hogs moving tried to kneel and shoot but grass in way then I stood up I took a shot and missed .sunday got dropped off in a new area spotted another group of hogs made a move looked through scope and hogs all bunched together waited for one to move away but never happened that group went down in canyon I heard some thing behind me and checked and never seen anything when I got picked jimmy said they where looking at me when I was about to take a shot and he said a huge boar came out behind me 40 yards and walked over the road and over to the clearing lol had a great time up there and met some great guys I had no redbulls this time
