Hey every one;

I had lost all the info on where to take a wild hog??

I'll be hunting up at Fort Hunter Liggett at the end of the month,and need to know where to go and whats the best way to clean them.

I've killed and cleanded deer and also worked in a sluagther house or hog kill for tens years.

I live in Long Beach,90808 so if i can keep the meat cool is there a place down here??

Also what does some thing like this cost??

Thanks to every one for info and help.

There's a list of processers here on Jesse's, which should be of some help.

Also, up in the San Fernando valley there is a place called Green Acres, which will do a decent job.

I know some of the So Cal boys go to a place in Garden Grove, but I just don't know the name.

There's an excellent place in Gardena called Eschbach's. A bit pricey but he makes a wide variety of excellent sausage. 310-3241376. I take a large cooler with me and stuff the pig in there and take the meat to them.

Bree's in Westminster (right off the 405) is somewhat close. I have taken all my hogs to them and they do good work. Super fast turn around time too. My 185lber cost about 120.00 for all sausage and roasts.
