Exactly. Tenderizer until very thin. Use herbed bread crumbs and add grated parmesan. Dip turkey in egg, then in bread crumbs mixture, then pan fry in canola oil. Add mozzarella or shredded parmesan on top, then quickly melt in toaster oven. I used Trader Joe's raviolis cuz they're easy and good.That looks really good! Did you cut it against the grain and put the mallet to it before breading and frying?
