Wildlife Foundation Offering Color Maps of WMAs

For the first time, Tennessee hunters will be able to purchase colored maps of some of the most popular Wildlife Management Areas in the state, according to David Duval, Executive Director of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation.

The maps have been produced by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Maps vary in size from 8.5" X 11" to 22" X 34" depending on the size of the WMA.

The people in TWRA's Geographic Information Systems Division have done an outstanding job creating color maps that I expect will be very popular once our hunters learn about them," said Duval. "The Foundation is going to be handling the sale of the maps for TWRA."

For now, order forms can be obtained by calling the Foundation at (615) 831- 3480 or by clicking on WMA color map order form to print and fill out (pdf format). Checks or money orders must be sent to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation (or TWRF) at P.O. Box 110031, Nashville, TN 37222.
