Will the elk bed down during the day?

Hello all...we leave to AZ next week for the late season elk hunt, my first...can I expect the elk to bed down durning the day or will they be feeding? Thanks

Yes!! They will be doing both during the day. If it is warm they will spend more time bedded but I gave seen them up and feeding at all hours.
