every person that has a gun should shoot the wolves on sight. and no i dont care what the law is. there is laws that say you cant spank your kids in some states. then they wounder why the kids are out of control. the wolves are out of control and the feds wont let the states have control of there own hunting of the wolves. so screw the fedral law and just do what needs to be done.

Catchdog, everyone's entitled to express their own opinion, but I don't think that it's a good idea to advocate vigilanteism by encouraging others to go outside the law "to get things done." Remember, there are many people with different views reading these posts.

did Americans go outside the law to make this country free ? did the state of idaho say they will not fine or jail hunters for shooting wolves. sometimes people need to do what is right , weather or not the law is behind them. and part of the problem with people and laws today is the fear of the OTHERS that might see or read somthing they dont like. those people with different views, views would change if one of their children got snatched and killed from their backyard. or it was their paycheck that was cut in half over to many wolves. those people with different views are not ranchers or even live close to the problem.
you ask for an answer to the problem i gave one.

Yes you gave one. The jails are full of people who thought they would take the law into their own hands and "do what is right" in their own eyes. When I asked for feedback on the wolf situation I was encouraging dialog and actions within the boundaries of law abiding citizens, not vigilanteism.

Sometimes you have to do the "wrong thing" for the right reason! Even at the risk of being caught, sometimes it's worth it! Gov't control (or lack there of?) in this country has run so far a muck of where it should be and where it's original intent was to be it's SICKENING! Our founding fathers would be rolling over in their graves at what is going on these days and what has become of their sacrifices and efforts! We have people making the laws who are so far disconnected from the reality of the things they regulate that they wouldn't know a wolf from a chihuahua! And we're supposed to just sit idly by and let them regulate and legislate us into oblivion!

I wouldn't follow one of these turds into Disneyland but I'm supposed to follow their laws and regulations? Based on B.S. liberal Birkenstock agenda driven "science"! No thank you! Just because they have the loudest voice, the most money or most politicians in their pockets DOES NOT MAKE THEM RIGHT!

Desperate times call for desperate measures! If my family was starving, would I pick up a fresh road killed deer to feed them, sure would, even though it's illegal! If I got really desperate, I'd probably even poach to feed them! Anyone here ever carry a concealed weapon in a bad part of town or on a trip etc. without a permit? Sure you're breaking the law but the alternative outweighs the LAW! Same thing here with cats and up there with wolves!

Wrong thing for the right reasons! It's not for fun, or sport or profit... it's for the CONTROL that NEEDS to be there that the Gov't can't seem to get a clue about!

RANT OFF,
Merry 'Crimus' everyone!

It was with good reason our forefathers got rid of the wolves. Back in the day when common sense ruled. Before anti-hunters and environmentalists became the driving force behind game management. Look how far they've spread in a relatively short time. This is going to get worse, much worse. Support biggameforever.org.

Kill wolves plain and simple! They are not healthy for any animal population except birds and scavengers since wolves will kill from instinct, not just food. Implement a season in any state that have them and keep the season. No ifs, ands or buts.

These wolves are very different from Mt. Lions since wolves run in PACKS. This means they require more food in an area since they are in a group. And yes, LOOK HOW MUCH THEY HAVE SPREAD OUT ALREADY.

The animal rights groups have used the ARROYO TOAD in California to close a lot of access on PUBLIC LAND. This is our fault because we have allowed these groups to gain power while we didnt do anything to stop it. Now they have a strategy and are quickly implementing it.

look at this "monkeywrenching" info: http://theanarchistlibrary.org/HTML...efense__A_Field_Guide_to_Monkeywrenching.html

Looks like they are more willing to break the law than we are.
