I checked this a.m. and was successfull for area 48 type 1 tag. It was a 17% chance for this draw last year. I didnt apply for special draw either, my lucky day today.

My 69 year old Dad and I got a shocker this morning when we both drew generals! Hopefully this will be his year! Hes been bowhunting along time and never taken a elk. Ive even taken him back up with a rifle the couple times he had a gen with no luck. Id give/do anything to see him get one so maybe this is the year! Good Luck to all!!! Roger

Our party was just drawn for doe or bull elk tag in Wyoming zone 25/27. My first time Elk hunting and I am so excited. Has anyone hunted in this area?
