Thought I would pass on some info from there. I was up there this past weekend fishing for three days and literally saw dozens of deer and not in the same places. About half does and half with nice fuzzy buttons. Deer are looking real good and healthy. Plenty of green to get those racks nice and big.

I have never applied for that zone, usually A6 (x3b), but it got me all pumped up for August. Just thought I would pass on a little report for you X7b'ers / A14' ers.

Good luck in the draw.

They really moved in quick too. A couple of weeks ago not much sign at all, about 4 days ago I saw a Doe at about the 6500' level, she almost kissed my front bumper. It's that time of year again that several get creamed on Hwy 89 migrating back into the high country. Gotta really stay alert for Deer jumping out into the road, Lions and habitat are enough of a problem for the herd population.
