That I would also like to know!!!!! As for us Jesse, we did get a good thing ripped out from under us. Too bad you guys didn't just give ma a call first and let me smooth things over with the owner, you had to just show up out there.

I guess it will just take a couple months for him to cool off and I'll talk to him again then.

I'll keep you posted on the other property I was telling you about.
