2 Hogs down = Sausage

My friend Doug and I took the boys out on Saturday on a little pig hunt.

My son Drew and I.

It was a great day with the boys. Doug and I are have having all the meat turned into Sausage. Hanging meat at the locker #260, so we should get at least #125 of Sausage. We will be geting #25 of each; Italian, Jalapeno Chedder, Pork Apple, Maple Breakfast, and Chorizo.

Later in the day we let the boys shoot their 22 at a bunch of squirls, as we sat under a big oak over looking a flat eating lunch.

Great Job Ed,

It's always nice to take the boys out. I always take my eight yr. old out hunting with me as well. Boy does he enjoy it...he writes stories at school about all our hunting trips.

Was that out near the local hills. I hunt out there near Visalia sometimes, and it's nice to see those pig numbers increasing.
