2004 Archery Elk...Which state?

OK...I am pretty sure next year will be either an Arizona or New Mexico hunt. Now I need to start checking the regs and oportunities for tags.

Oregon sounds really good too, but I will already have an Arizona license from the Jan 2004 Javelina hunt I will be going on. And, Arizona is a lot closer that Oregon.

Time for more research on the fish and game websites for these states.

You will most likely have to wait 10 years to draw an AZ elk tag. But, you can definitely hunt archery deer OTC.

I think you should be able to draw an archery Arizona bull tag in somewhat less than 10 years if you build your bonus points and apply for a unit other than 9 or 10. You can find n-i-c-e bulls in any unit with some effort on your part ...
