Got my letter to enter the 2nd draw!!! We put in as a group and one of our people sent in the incorrect money amount. Was 25 CENTS less than the total amount should have been.

Still have 1500 cow licenses in the area we want to hunt. Hopefully get ours on the 2nd draw!!

Whenever I apply with someone else, I fill out the applications for them and just let them sign. Hunting Deer/Elk is something I get to do one week a year so I refuse to let mistakes happen. If I think a letter or number doesnt look right I'll start a new application and then check it over and over again.

There is a guy I work with who has applied as a group for the past 3 years. This year was the 2nd year in a row where someone in the group messed up and they didn't get their tags. Personally, since I have mostly hunted in areas that done require any points, I just tell the people that I am hunting with that I want to put in separately. I will hunt the area whether they draw or not. I will not allow someone else to mess up my chances.
