Bay Bass Tournament: The eighth annual San Diego Anglers Open Bay Bass Tournament is set for Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003. Entry fee is $100 per two-angler team, and the tournament is limited to 150 teams. Heaviest five-bass stringer wins. First prize is $1,500, and the first 25 teams will earn cash.
