I was at this game cam loading pics to my phone. I heard some breathing behind me and thought, “oh that might be a deer” I don’t know why I thought that, self preservation? I knew damn well it was a hog. I was on my knees and slowly turned to look and this big hog was 15 feet away. Must have been sleeping under the leaves. My gun was resting on a nearby tree, out of reach. The big hog snorted, pawed the ground and hauled ass. Scared the shit out of me. I’m letting these hogs get comfortable out there before I put the hammer down. Take care, TRA.

Cold weather

Snow? We have warm temps here. Very warm winter here with Rosemary blooming and honey bees at 5,000 ft

We had temps around 15 in Waco for a week. Snow turned to ice quickly and was a pain. It was like living at the PMC.
