May of 2002 I bought some $300 10x 42 Roof prism Cabelas brand "Water Proof" model binos. I hunted and scouted with these much of those 2 years from 7 foot Azuza Canyon brush, sage brush in Utah, to Climbing tree stands in Connecticut. They took a beating, and still functioned great. The problem I had was this past summer I opened the drawer they were stored in to find the twist up eye cups cracked. Don't know how it happend but I tried to supper glue them back together several times and they would open up after a couple days. Then I used 2 part epoxy and it held for a little while longer but broke again. With a break in hunting seasons and velvet antlers not in yet I decided to call and see if I could get them fixed. They sent me a prepaid mail label to go back to Nebraska and a week later I opened a box with a brand new bino inside. They really stood behind their product and I intend to buy from them again, as long as I can get it past the wife.
