pretty cool paul. Did you shoot the original in B&W mode in the camera? or did you convert to B&W with software?
Also, have you been to Russia any more? I really liked the photos from your last trip. (your avatar has me curious)

Chris, I took the picture in color and converted it to B&W.... and added the violet color later when I was bored

I went back to Russia at the beginning of this month for ten days, unfortunately I didn't take too many pictures this time except for some inside one of Leo Tolstoy's houses.

I've been getting an itch for a new camera, maybe the D30 or D5 (you'll see a lot more pics then

).
