perfect eating size. nice and plump. You say it was a dep permit, what was he eating? If he was in someones grain feild he is gonna taste real good!

1200 acre private refuge with probably 700 acres of corn getting mauled by these critters. I was in a tower stand about 20' off the ground with my .270 and a flashlight. 8 of the nasty buggers tried crossing the dirt road into the corn about 75 yds from me and only 7 made it. This was the day before the full moon so I didn't even use the light. The only problem was once I shot all I could see was flame so I didn't get on 'em in time for a second shot. The hams just went in the smoker about an hour ago!

I love your stories with the happy endings (especially when something goes "BANG", shoots flames, something dies, and everybody eats well).

how big was this pig?

true it is one plump pig!! but i cannot tell the size..and those HAMS!! looks delicious!
